Works great

The bands are nice and thick, but have the right amount of give. The sliders are also very thick and durable and the carry case just adds to the appeal of this product!

Outstanding and high quality

I use resistance bands A LOT for years. I recently bought this new set with sliders to upgrade my workout at home. I’ve already bought other popular sets on Amazon in the past. Great Value

After knee replacement surgery, my husband needed resistance bands for his physical therapy exercises. I ordered a set for him and the bands are perfect for him,he uses them everyday for his PT exercises. ! They will be my go to for future physical therapy and yoga product needs!
