Damaged or Defective Products:

If you have received a damaged product please contact support at info@skinnyboost.com immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We request that you please take photos of any damaged product and include them in your email to support. If a product or package is determined to be damaged, we will send you a replacement order.

Missing or Incorrect Items:

 

If you have not received all of your order, or we included a product that you did not order, please notify us at info@skinnyboost.com within 7 days of receiving your order of the mistake and we will do our best to get the missing item/s out within 48 hours.

Returns or Exchanges:

If you would like to return your unopen and resalable products you may do so by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@skinnyboost.com for a return authorization and return address. Returns or exchanges after 7 days will not be approved. Postage for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
