The SkinnyBoost detox program is a 2 step program consisting of Daytime tea and Evening tea.

Daytime Tea: Drink Skinny Boost Daytime tea in the morning. You may drink it again in the afternoon, but it is not required. This tea is yummy for your tummy! Skinny Boost Daytime tea will help with digestion and will work to speed up your metabolism naturally.*

Evening Tea: Drink Skinny Boost Evening Tea once every other night. Take it less if you are sensitive to this tea. The Evening tea acts as a mild laxative so be sure and drink plenty of fluids, especially fluid with electrolytes. This is always a good idea with any detox program. This tea is meant to help you get rid of toxins.

The Daytime tea has about 40g of caffeine and the Evening tea is caffeine free.

Daytime Tea can absolutely be taken every day, even after your detox is complete. It is a great way to keep weight off by keeping your metabolism high. You will also get those wonderful antioxidants that keep your immune system nice and strong. Some people choose to even drink it 2 or more times a day. Just remember that is has caffeine so this may affect your sleep if you drink it too late in the day.

Evening Tea: We highly recommend that Skinny Boost Evening Tea only be taken during your detox period for 28 days max. Because it is a detox tea that has a laxative effect you will want to take a break in between detox period so that your bowel does not get used to relying on the laxative for a bowel movement. You can decrease or increase your dose depending on your body and the goals you want to achieve. You may drink your Evening tea after a weekend of bad eating to get your back on track even after your detox.

We grind our amazing and powerful tea ingredients into almost fine powder form so that they will seep out if the tea bags faster. This allows the tea to be more potent and in turn be more effective.

The Daytime tea has a yummy citrus mint flavor. The Evening tea is a delightful lemon honey flavored. Our teas are delicious and natural. Drink them as they are or add a bit of honey, lemon, or stevia if you so desire.

You can drink your Skinny Boost teas as iced tea, but you must first steep the tea bags in hot water. It does not cold brew. Instructions: Heat distilled water to almost a boil. Pour the water over the tea bag (or bags if you want to make a pitcher). Let it steep or sit in the hot water for about 5-8 minutes. Remove the tea bags. You may then add ice or put it in the refrigerator to cool.

We do not recommend detoxing in general while you are breast feeding. The Daytime tea has garcinia cambogia and caffeine which is not suitable for a baby. Please wait until you have finished breastfeeding to start your detox. If you are taking any sort of medication it is best to consult with your physician to make sure the teas will not interfere with your medicine.
