The taste is surprisingly pleasant, making it an enjoyable drink. It's become a wonderful addition to my nightly routine.
I've noticed a significant improvement in my bathroom habits, which is a huge plus. The natural ingredients are a major selling point for me, and I appreciate that it's caffeine-free so I am not up all night.
Overall, I'm impressed with the quality and effectiveness of this product. Will definitely be buying again.

Absolutely delicious
I was interested in the effect this might have, but frankly, I don't even care anymore. This is just a straight up pleasure to drink. It dissolved very easily (I did habitually add warm water to dissolve it first and then filled up with cold) and tasted great after some adjustments. I actually needed to put this in approx 20-22oz of water since it was quite strong for my liking. But once I thinned it to that level it was amazing, a nice sweet lemony iced tea. It IS labeled as evening tea, so I've tried to not drink it in the morning... but man, whether it's soothing or helps otherwise is not important to me. I might just keep buying this for the pure enjoyment and ease of use as I love teas that I can easily take to go.

Great detox skinny tea
The flavor is so good! A hot tea before bed has been such a nice treat. The ingredients are natural and you will produce a bowel movement when you drink. I take mine around 5ish and I know that by the next morning I will ‘go’. I have been very happy with the regularity and how much less bloated I feel. I will be buying all the flavors.

Tastes pretty good- I would say it is a gentle colon cleanse
Looking at the ingredients of this drink, I’d say they all make sense for a cleanse. The drink also tastes pretty good. I was able to drink it like lemon tea.
I didn’t notice anything except for a bit of rumbling in my stomach the same night I used it the first time. However, the following day wasn’t so pleasant. I ended up having cramps and needed to run to the bathroom. After that, I felt fine except for more rumblings in my intestines; not gas, just noises.
So, I am thinking of trying half the next time and consider using the drink on a weekend.
