  1. Get a good night's sleep

 One of the best ways to be sure you are ready to face the day ahead is to get a good night’s sleep. Limit electronics before bed, find a relaxing activity to partake in 30 minutes before bed, and try to stick with the same sleep schedule. 

  1. Don’t hit the snooze button

 When we hit the snooze button, we aren’t getting enough high-quality sleep that our body needs when we fall back asleep. Once your alarm goes off, make sure you wake up even if it means relaxing in bed for a few extra minutes. 

          3. Exercise 

 Whether it’s a simple stretch, yoga, or a jog, moving your body helps increase blood flow and improve your mood.  

  1. Set aside a great outfit the night before 

We know you have style, babe! But it can be difficult to plan a fab outfit at the last minute. By planning your outfit the night before, it will be one less stress in the morning and you will be dressed to impress without effort in the morning! 

  1. Hydrate
